We are seeking a Part-Time Latchkey Coordinator for the Norwood Elementary Latchkey Program in West Jefferson, OH. If you have experience in childcare and a passion for managing programs that support students and families, we want to hear from you.
📍 The Details:
Location: West Jefferson, OH (Norwood Elementary)
Hours: 20–40 hours per week (AM or PM shifts)
Start Date: August 3, 2026 (Summer training required)
Key Duties: Overseeing staff evaluations, hiring, and purchasing.
✅ What You’ll Need:
High School Diploma (Associate's degree preferred).
At least 1 year of experience in a childcare/daycare setting.
Knowledge of daycare licensing rules (preferred).
Ability to obtain a valid ODE license/permit upon hire.
Clean criminal record check/fingerprinting.
💰 Compensation:
Salary is commensurate with experience, in accordance with the approved salary schedule.
