Zach is responsible for organizing our monthly culture talks at the school. He is steadfast in his beliefs and genuinely cares about our students, striving to support their well-being not only today but also in the future. Zach determines the focus for each month; sometimes it includes videos from the Renaissance resources, while others times it involves activities. He prepares the framework that enables the student leaders to be able to discuss the topics in a way that middle school students will understand and engage with. Zach is able to generate topics that support the overall goal, fill existing gaps or provide opportunities for students to build relationships with both staff and peers.
