Step 1 - Create a Final Forms Account

Create a Final Forms Parent Account
Parent Button

  1. Select the New Account Button under Parent

  1. Enter Parent/Guardian Details and select register once you have entered all parent information.

  1. You will receive an email to verify your account. Once you receive the email, you will need to click on the link to confirm your account
