For the fall of the 2025- 2026, all grades at Norwood Elementary will be on what we call a staggered start. This means your child will only attend 1 day of school for the first 3 days. The purpose of a staggered start is to allow teachers to have fewer students the first 3 days of school to complete assessments and have an opportunity to become acquainted with their students. To find out when your child will begin school next year, please refer to the information below.
If your child’s last name begins with an A - G– They will attend August 18th and will not return until August 21st.
If your child’s last name begins with an H – O – They will attend August 19th and will not return until August 21st.
If your child’s last name begins with P - Z – They will attend August 20th and will return the next day on August 21st.
