Important Reminder for Incoming 7th grade students/parents
Incoming 7th grade students/parents: Don't forget to provide proof to our nurse that your student received their Tdap vaccine. Ohio law requires all incoming 7th graders to have the vaccine or they will be excluded from school and school related activities (sports etc.) You can get the vaccine from your own doctor or from the health department. The health department cost is $10 but no one is turned away for inability to pay. To schedule an appointment call 740-852-3065.
