Attention High school parents. Our district nurse will be offering Pfizer Covid 19
vaccines to any student age 16 or older that wants one on Friday, April 23 during the
school day. These vaccines are free and provided to us by Madison County Public
Health.
If you would like your student to get the vaccine, preregistration is REQUIRED
and can be done at the link below. Please call the nurse at 614-879-7681 x2502 if
you have any questions.
To preregister go to: getavaccine.madisonph.org select School student age 16 or older (TPVALL)
for the group.
Deadline to register is Wednesday 4/21/2021 at noon.
