Jefferson Local Schools Online Forms and Instructions to Get Started
Jefferson Local Schools has been working towards moving some of the school paperwork online, including the emergency medical information and contacts, handbooks, agreements for various items, and any changes of address or custody.  For the most part, all the paperwork that is typically filled out at the beginning of the year in paper format will now be done online.  Below is the web address and it can also be found under the Parents & Student section of the school website.   Each student will be bringing home a piece of paper with the access code to add that student to your account.   If you have multiple students in the district, you will only need to create one account and then you will add each student to that account.  If you do not have internet access, we have kiosk stations at each school for you to use to complete the process during normal school hours.  Each year, the system will fill in as much of the information as it can from the previous year, making the process less time consuming for you as a parent.   Attached you will also find a PDF with instructions on how to create your account and adding your student or students.
