Students in grades 6-8 had the opportunity to write an essay about "What freedom means to me" to enter a contest put on by our local VFW. The following students won a cash prize for their efforts and Kelly won the opportunity to compete at Nationals with her essay! Way to go Riders!

3rd Place: Jonathon Rickenbacker, 6th grade
