Immunization
requirements for school attendance in Ohio have changed!!
All students entering
12th grade in the fall
of 2019 are required by Ohio law to show proof that they have received the
following vaccinations BEFORE starting
school:

Meningococcal
vaccine (A,C,Y,W-125)
=
If the Meningococcal vaccine was administered
prior to the 16th birthday, then a second dose is required.
