Required Vaccines for 7th and 12th Graders
The district nurse would like to remind all 7th and 12th grade parents that your student will need to provide an updated shot record showing they have received their required vaccines. There is a clinic for these vaccines this Wednesday, August 8, from 2-6 pm at the Madison County Public Health Dept. No one will be turned away for the inability to pay.
