Tdap for students entering the 7th Grade in the Fall
Will your child be entering 7th grade this
fall? If so, Ohio law requires they
receive a dose of the Tdap vaccine and
a dose of the Meningitis vaccine. You can get the vaccine from your own
physician or from the Madison County Health Department . Call 740-852-3065 to schedule an appointment. Remember to turn in an up-to-date shot record
to our nurse Mrs. Ferguson by the first day of school. Students without proof of vaccination will
not be permitted to attend school.
