Attention all parents of  11^th grade students!

Immunization requirements for school attendance in Ohio have changed!!

All students entering  12^th  grade in the fall of 2019 are required by Ohio law to show proof that they have received the following vaccinations BEFORE starting school:

=         Meningococcal  vaccine (A,C,Y,W-125)

=         If the Meningococcal vaccine was administered prior to the 16^th birthday, then a second dose is required.
